Anjannette Price - Trainer

Anjannette Price became a part of the health and fitness industry growing up as an athlete playing basketball and running track.  While receiving her Bachelor's in Exercise and Sport Science, she embarked on her professional journey 15 years ago as an Integrative Personal Trainer, helping individuals from chronic desk-sitters thirsty for body awareness, to cyclists involved in motor vehicle collisions.  It was during these years of serving frustrated individuals-in-pain seeking guidance from different medical specialists with subpar results that Anjannette decided to pursue a career in Upper Cervical Chiropractic, where the root cause of a condition is addressed by way of the nervous system.  This is when Dr. Anjannette declared, "No more bandaids!" and opened her chiropractic practice: "San Francisco Upper Cervical Chiropractic," now in the Mission District in San Francisco.

At SKYEFiT, Anjannette takes a teaching approach to training.  She believes in our ability to take control of our health through mindful and independent lifestyle changes, so you don't become dependent on your trainer.  Need help with neck pain and low back injury prevention, nutrition, sleeping better at night, lowering blood pressure, stress reduction, proper movement patterns, or efficient use of physical and mental energy?  Anjannette helps you achieve your goals with ease, all while laughing, connecting, and of course sweating!

Geoffrey Wood - Trainer

My goal is to help you in discovering your true inner desires through dignity, compassion and respect. With my expertise as a personal trainer and proven training technics, my clients have been able to successfully realize their fitness goals and beyond. Somewhere along the line, I suffered a mild stroke, which offered a unique set of challenges for me. With that said, I was able to maintain personal fitness. I am physically the same in my appearance in every respect as I was before the stroke. Since then, I've developed skills with which I've been able to share with my clients, some who come to me having injuries and physical challenges and others who run into challenges along the way from work related injuries, etc.

While much of my clientele are virtually free of physical limitations, I have a steadily increasing number of clients who seek me out because of because of self perceived limitations. It's my job to help my clients find the means with which to work around  their injuries, etc., in order to establish and maintain the health, fitness and aesthetic of a beautiful body. Helping ordinary people acheive extraordinary things.
